Sales and implementation Representative with Polish
A leading in its’ area of expertise company is expanding its’ activities and is establishing a new team to serve various customers in Eastern Europe. For building this team we are looking for talented, highly motivated team players.
The primary function of the Sales and implementation Representative with Polish and English is Sales opportunity qualification and
management, market research and cold canvassing.
YOUR PROFILE:
Fluent in business Polish
Good command of English language (written and oral)
Questioning etiquette
Excellent communication skills
Objection handling and service positioning
Some Customer facing skills
Excellent phone manner
Strong questioning etiquette
Influencing and qualification skills
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve new qualified opportunity targets;
Outbound calling on a Top 100 names account list;
Inbound lead qualification according to set criteria;
Manage existing opportunities through early sell cycle stages;
Maintain buyer-status information on the company CRM system;
Report as required on Buyer sales funnel and pipeline status;
Feed back market information and commercial reaction to company, helping refine the value proposition;
Support sales and marketing at events, marketing campaigns, etc;
KNOWLEDGE:
Essential:
Telephone interviewing techniques
Sell cycle management
Desirable:
Understanding of purchase-to-pay process
Knowledge of other language(s) would be considered as an advantage
CRM records creation and management
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 1 year sales support/tele-sales
Some experience with CRM tools and reporting
Experience with call scripts
Some experience with opportunity assessment and scoring
QUALIFICATIONS:
Evidence of a good standard of education
